Our Thermofoil doors are made from PVC plastic foil pressed onto CNC milled medium density fibreboard with heat and pressure. See us in store or contact us via email or phone for more variety.

Raised Panel Designs

The following doors feature the inside panel projecting outwards, giving the appearance of a channel or indentation running around the
center of the door. These designs are popular for sophisticated, traditional
kitchens.

Shanghai

Raised panel cortina.
A raised panel style featuring 2 1/4" simulated stile and rail and a routered round corner center panel. The following Shanghai door is pictured in Antique White thermofoil finish.

Caracas

Raised panel clarion.
A raised panel style featuring 2 3/8" simulated stiles and rails and a routered square corner center section. The following Caracas door is pictured in Warm Maple thermofoil finish.

Helsinki

Raised panel classic.
A raised panel style featuring 2 1/4" simulated stile and rail and a routered round corner center panel. The following Helsinki door is pictured in Cognac thermofoil finish.

Tokyo

A raised panel style featuring a 2 1/4" simulated stile and rail and a routered square corner center section. The following Tokyo is pictured in Tofino thermofoil finish.

Recessed Panel Designs

The following doors feature the inside panel projecting inwards, giving a consistent indentation to the center of the door. These designs are popular for modern kitchen cabinet designs. 

Athens

Raised panel capecod.
A beaded style featuring 2 7/8" simulated stiles and rails and simulating a bead board look. The following Athens door is pictured in Natural Maple thermofoil finish.

Glasgow

Recessed panel lincoln.
A shaker style featuring 2 7/8" simulated stiles and rails with recessed center panel. The following Glasgow door is pictured in Smooth White thermofoil finish.

Melbourne

A shaker style featuring 2 7/8" simulated stiles and rails with recessed center panel. The following Melbourne door is pictured in Smooth White thermofoil finish.

Flat Panel Designs

The following doors feature a completely flat inside panel, usually with a selected outside profile. These designs are popular for futuristic kitchen cabinet designs.
